5 Intellectual property rights are successfully recognized

 

Our R & D department recently has filed five patents for "utility model" and all of them got accepted by China Patent Office. The technical achievements enrich Oileader’s product system and improve capability to meet various needs of downhole requirement. Users will have more extensive choices for their applications. We would like to introduce these five patents respectively as follows:

A kind of blast protector - using three mid joint protectors to wrap the body protector, makes a whole integrated blast protector. In order to increase contacting area and friction force, we make the cable being totally covered by protector.

 

 

 

         A kind of cable protector for narrow space - this protector includes three casting parts, a clamp body and two clamping collars. In order to meet those quite small spaces between tubing and casing, we minimize the outer diameter of cable protectors.

         

 

 

        A kind of multi-function centralized cable protector - simple structure, quick installation and accurate positioning are its advantages. Mainly used for Safety valve, gas lift mandrel and other equipments, it can completely avoid damaging cables and lines.

 

 

 

 

        A kind of ESP clamp - it includes two parts: casting body and casting collars. It is the whole integrated clamp with no separate parts. Quick installation, no bolt off, and high efficiency are its obvious advantages.

      

 

 

        A kind of cable protector to avoid damaging cables - it has several slots on both side of the body, so cables and pipelines could be placed separately to avoid collision and friction caused by resonance when equipment works. Meanwhile, bulge part will have a better supporting and centralizing function.
